The main goal of The Children’s School’s agreement with the Midtown Neighbors' Association (MNA) is to reduce the impact of the school’s afternoon carpool on our neighbors. Toward that end, the school has agreed to give good faith consideration to any recommendations that may be jointly made by our respective traffic engineering consultants or by the Traffic Committee of the MNA, and to designate two representatives of the school to serve on the MNA’s Traffic Committee for the next three years. In this agreement we also have committed to submit the design plans for the 10th Street exterior façade of the new building to be constructed on the former rental property at 325 10th Street to the MNA’s Historic Preservation Committee for review and comment, and to consider any recommendations that the MNA’s committee may make.
