Special Use Permit

The Special Use Permit (SUP) application included a master site plan for the campus, showing the locations, dimensions and planned uses of the new facilities and various other terms and conditions of the new permit. To address certain concerns expressed by our neighbors, The Children’s School has agreed to several conditions that are reflected in the approved SUP application, including a limitation on the school’s enrollment to no more than 450 students and an agreement to divest that portion of the rental property the school owns on the western border of the campus that is no longer included in the master plan.

Here is the approved SUP application, which should be reviewed in conjunction with the new master plan.
